KG-180 was developed to lower the cure temperature of Gun-Kote(All Bake on Series) to 180 Degrees F for 1 hour, on items that are too senstive to cure at 325F. KG-180 could not be simpler to use. 2% of KG-180 added to the total material weight being sprayed is all that’s needed. i.e. 1 ounce of Gun-Kote add .02 ounces of KG-180. 100 grams of Gun Kote add 2 grams of KG-180.

Gear-Kote is a dry film lube that is durable and impact resistant. Gear-Kote is a bake on produc, simiar to our 2400 series, curing temp and time are 300 degrees for one hour. This product is mainly used for internal parts such as bolts, inside of receivers and the likes. It makes the surface much slicker where less lubricant is required.
