SHIPPING & RETURNS

In most cases, orders received after 11 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped within 48 hours. If we are not able to ship within two business days due to stock availability, the customer will be contacted by email.

KG has received notice from the US Postal Service that effective May 14, 2007, they will no longer ship parcel post.

Due to the difficulty of arranging International and expedited shipments, all International and expedited orders for coatings must be a minimum of pint sized containers.

Any changes to an International or expedited shipment made after the order is submitted and verified will be subject to a 15% change order and stocking fee. Due to various fluctuating charges from freight companies, all freight quotes are valid for 72 hours, after which we must obtain a new quote. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: We charge only ACTUAL shipping charges. If the actual shipping charge is less than shown on your invoice, your credit card will be credited to reflect the actual shipping charge. For orders over $200, there may be additional shipping charges depending on the size of the order and required shipping methods. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding shipping fees.

Note: Expedited shipping is available for Gun-Kote products, however, additional hazardous materials fees apply. These fees are also applicable to any cleaner that may be flammable, i.e. KG-3 Solvent and Degreaser, KG-10 Moly dry-Lube, etc…

Note: All hazardous shipments will be shipped through UPS unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon. Please call or email KG Industries for special arrangements with these product.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be requested within 60 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us to arrange returns, exchanges and/or refunds. Returns may be subject to re-stocking fees.  CUSTOM COLORS AND/OR FORMULATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
